SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS, though expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Old Garden Global to import the goods on their behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that Old Garden Global may delegate the obligation to import the goods to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders may still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that liquid items may be inspected by logistics companies, as they may suspect these liquids to be drugs or dangerous goods, which could lead to shipping delays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are as follows:

Orders from U.S. Warehouse: 3-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends)
Orders from China Warehouse: 7-12 business days (not including holidays or weekends)
If your order exceeds these stated delivery times, you will receive a 5% discount on your next purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. domestic and international orders, we typically use USPS or UPS. However, alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from oldgardenshop.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us. These charges will be deducted from any refund issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience a non-delivery or if your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to resolve (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Old Garden Global does not hold or accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, we will ship the remaining items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) to your original form of payment.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we strive to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Old Garden Global reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in cases where we are unable to process an order or verify the provided shipping address.

Additionally, Old Garden Global reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing"
An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Old Garden Global also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) for similar reasons.
